What this series covers

This training series walks onsite staff through every major workflow in Voyager 8’s Compliance Manager dashboard. From dashboard setup and leasing through HUD monthly processing and annual recertifications.

Classes are primarily conducted using a HUD/Tax Credit combo property. Where noted, sessions are program specific. Friday monthly processing courses cover HUD independently, while the alternative session uses a Tax Credit property (functionality applies equally to HOME and Local Program properties).

Clients may attend as many sessions as they need, send as many attendees as they wish, and repeat sessions freely.
