Yet only 32% describe their AI capability as stable and growing. Momentum is building but embedded capability is not yet widespread.

Skills, not technology, are the biggest barrier. 62% cite internal capability gaps as the primary constraint, even as digital systems become more integrated across portfolios.

At the same time, 47% prioritise streamlining business processes. The focus remains on simplification, not transformation.
