Asia’s real estate tech story is advancing fast – yet full of contradictions. AI pilots are everywhere, but stable deployments are rare. Cyber incidents are down, while training and testing lag. Budgets tighten even as expectations of technology rise.
Join us at the launch of our annual Yardi Technology Report in partnership with Mingtiandi, where we unveil Property Technology Paradoxes for 2026 – how Asia Pacific real estate is navigating competing pressures across AI, cybersecurity, and technology investment.
Offering in-depth insight into the changes, challenges, and opportunities ahead, this is your chance to be part of the conversation. We’ll dive into the survey analysis, unpack what’s driving progress (and what’s holding it back), and discuss what the next phase of adoption could bring.

Yardi first teamed up with Mingtiandi in 2017 to track changing attitudes to property technology. With our 6th collaboration, we remain committed to helping the industry grow by understanding trends, transforming business processes and enhancing experiences for people who live, work and play in buildings.
9AM - 10:15AM: Registration & Networking (coffee/tea & snacks provided)
10:15AM - 10:45AM: Overview of survey findings
